

PT. Aditec Cakrawiyasa was established in 1993, started in a room a quarter the size of a garage or about 4x6 square meters. During 1993, the technology of Italian, German and Japanese stoves was studied to enable us to come out with prototype that conformed to our specifications. The establishment of the factory in Cikupa, Tangerang, in 1994. Exactly one year later, in August 1995, the first commercial product, the Quantum type QGC401 was launched, and became a marketing success. It was followed by other types two years later, the factory had by then been able to produce 5000 units per month.
By the end of 1997, the economic recession had hit business in general. In particular the gas stove market was falling due to the price increase of competitor's products coupled to the decline in the community's purchasing power. Holding firmly to the commitment of making high quality products at affordable price, PT. Aditec Cakrawiyasa did a re-design to bring down the notion of the gas stove as a luxury item. As the result, by the end of 1998, the latest product was sold for Rp. 300.000,- while the competitor sold their product for Rp. 900.000,-
This time it was momentum of escalating sale rates that enabled PT. Aditec Cakrawiyasa to be consistenly innovative. Next to gas stoves, other home appliances such as rice cooker started production in 2003, blenders in 2004, each with a production capability of 10,000 Units per month. Also due to innovation, PT. Aditec Cakrawiyasa managed to win Pertamina's tender for making gas stoves for the conversion program of kerosene to LPG at the end of 2006, and in 2007 successfully invented a device to economize the gas usage on LPG stoves, which has been registered in August 2007 by the Patent Directorate, General Directorate of Intellectual Propriety Rights, the ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
PT. Aditec Cakrawiyasa marketing & administration centre occupies a five storey building in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta area. From there all marketing activities are directed. Production is done in Cikupa & Jatake, Tangerang. To support marketing and after sales service, showrooms, service centre and service points are spread over 32 branch offices in Sumatra, Java, Bali, manned by more than 1500 employees.
